If you already paid your October bill - You're all set - no action needed.

If you didn't pay your October bill: The amount due will be transferred to your property tax bill-

You don't need to pay it here today.
When payments resumes: The portal will be back online by December 1st.

Why we do this

Each November we reconcile accounts and prepare the annual property tax roll. Pausing payments ensures accurate records for the new year.
